2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

4. Single Payment Checkout

The Service is available for a one-time payment, which grants you lifetime access to LightningRails©. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the checkout process. Once payment is received, you will be granted access to the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

5. Lifetime Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to LightningRails©. "Lifetime" refers to the duration of the existence of LightningRails© or the lifespan of the Service, whichever is shorter. LightningRails© reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. No Free Trial

The Service does not offer a free trial. All access to the Service requires a one-time payment as specified in Section 4.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service in any way, including but not limited to unauthorized access, use of automated systems, or interfering with the Service's operation. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service are the exclusive property of LightningRails©. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content or materials without prior written consent from LightningRails©.

9. Termination

LightningRails© reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LightningRails©, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. LightningRails©'s liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LightningRails©, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Spain, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

LightningRails© reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
